AmNEST v2.0 Update B-F (Jan.12.04)
This is a cumulative patch file update for AmNEST V2.0 and includes all previous software bug fixes

This patch fixes a problem with printing multiple laser nested patterns in Nesting Data Manager; incorrect shape analysis on negative I value of G66; missing M104 command in nesting output when nesting a laser part longer than the machine table X size; and some problems with single D and double D tool hits in BCP (BLS Common-line Cut) module for FMS-BLS parts. In addition, the user can now add extra parts exceeding the required quantity to the sheet in Layout Editor.
